Ltd andShriRajendra Kumar Swain on G.A. plot No. 1937 and 1939 of mouzaC.S.PurTahasil No. 259 Bhubaneswar sahar Unit No. 41 if yes what are the conditions agreed upon if not what are the circumstances that made the G.A.Deptt. to allow them to take possession of such valued property overnight damaging such plantation and dug drain ?

G.A.Department have not agreed upon to hand over possession to anybody to construct a multistoried apartment in collaboration with Uprise Construction Pvt. Ltd. Plot No. 1937 and 1939 are not G.A.Department carved out plots and are not found in any drawing of Mouza – Chandrasekharpur. On verification of revenue records, the above two plots are not found. However, Hal Plot No. 6/1939 under Khata No. 58 in Mouza –Chandrasekharpur is a private plot. Hal Plot No. 457/1937 under G.A.DepartmentKhata No. 619 measuring area Ac.2.919 dec.in Mouza – Chandrasekharpur is a Government land upon which one O.S. Case No. 188/92 has been filed by Sri Sadhu Dayanidhi Das for declaration of right, title and interest by virtue of adverse possession.This case is now sub-judice in the Court of Civil Judge, Bhubaneswar.
