After passing of Odisha Right to Public Services Bill in Odisha Legislative Assembly, it has been published in Odisha Gazette on 01.11.2012. In the first phase 34 public services of 7 Departments have been notified on 01.01.2013 under this Act. In the second phase 22 public services, 7 public services in the third phase and 26 public services in the fourth phase have been notified under this Act. In total 89 public services of 12 Departments have been notified under this Act till date. Since 02.01.2013, total number of applications received under this Act is 81,58,972, out of which 64,92,667 have been disposed and there is a pendency of 16,66,305 number of applications as per the ORTPS Portal. The detail District wise applications received, application disposed and applications pending is enclosed at Annexure-I.
