During the year so far altogether 10 cases have been registered by the Odisha State Vigilance for irregularities in the implementation of MNREG Scheme. Charge sheets have been placed in 2 cases and investigation is in progress in rest 8 cases.

Similarly, 14 enquiries were taken up in connection with irregularities in the implementation of the Scheme. Out of these, 2 enquiries converted to criminal case and 10 enquiries are in progress.

During the year 2014, 7 cases have been registered for irregularities in the implementation of MNREG Scheme against 10 officers and 3 employees. Charge sheet have been placed in 1 case against 2 officers. Investigation in 6 cases are in progress.

During the year 2014, 11 file enquiries have been registered for irregularities in implementation of MNREG Scheme. Enquiry in 7 files are in progress, 3 files have been converted to criminal case, while in one, file enquiry departmental proceeding has been recommended.
