Department, out of the total land what extent of Government land out of that has been allotted in favour of different institutions of Government of India ?

The total area of Government land in Bhubaneswar under General Administration Department is Ac.21,511. Out of that, Ac.1325.337 of Government land has been allotted in favour of different institutions of Government of India.

Is there any policyof State Government for allotment of land in favour of institution of Government of India?

Ans : At present Government land is leased out in favour of institutions of Government of India as per Land Grant Policy for Bhubaneswar, 2015.

What percentage of land is reserved for allotment in favour of institutions of Government of India?

Ans : At present, there is no provision for keeping certain percentage of land for allotment in favour of institutions of Government of India.

Are institution of Government of India exempted from payment of premium ?

Ans: If the land is alienated in favour of an institution of Government of India for the purpose of public utility, the land premium is exempted and if it is allotted for the purposes other than public utility, the land premium is to be charged at the prevailing BMV rate.

To which institutions of Government of India land has been leased out by G.A.Department ?
