Kailash Chandra Kulesika Will the Chief Minister be pleased to state that :- How many Nos. of RTI applications submitted by different public authority to the land branch for the last five years, out of them how many information were provided by the PIO, Land Branch, G.A.Deptt. to the different public authority, the detail information may kindly be furnished ?

As per available information, no Public Authorities have submitted application to the Land Branch seeking information during the last five years. However, 19 RTI applications filed by the individuals have been transferred by Public Authorities to the Land Branch during the last five years information of which has been supplied to the private applicants under intimation to the concerned Public Authorities.
