With a view to protecting the Govt. land from unauthorized encroachment, a scheme namely land guard through the physical barrier is being implemented., A sum of Rs 500.00 lakhs has been proposed during the current financial year for this purpose which will be sanctioned as a grant to the B.D.A./ IDCO/ BMC. An amount of Rs 700.00 lakhs has been proposed during 2015-16.
