In order to provide recreational facilities to the city inhabitants and also to ensure ecological balance, maintenance of park at Bhubaneswar such as landscaping, open space development & plantation which is a part of city beautification is necessary., A sum of Rs.30.00 lakhs during 2014-15 and Rs .30.00 lakhs for 2015-16, has been proposed for maintenance of Parks at Bhubaneswar.
