Chief Minister’s Award for Excellence & Innovation in Governance and Public Service Delivery:

In order to acknowledge and reward outstanding contributions to public service delivery and innovations in governance, awards have been presented to public officers of the State on individual, group and organisation basis after screening of the nominations by the Expert Committee. The individual and group award carries a cash prize of up to Rs 1 lakh per individual and the organisation can get a prize upto Rs 5 lakhs. The awards were presented during a special ceremony on 13th November 2014 at Bhubaneswar by the Honourable Chief Minister to six applicants; one in individual, two in group and one in the organization category.
